What we do with your data, in plain language
Short and free of legal jargon. Any questions about your data? Email us — you will hear back within a week.
When you book a bungalow or send us a message, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and the details of your stay. Nothing more. If you create a guest account, we also store your email address and an encrypted password.
To arrange your booking, send you a confirmation, answer your questions and keep our records. We do not send you advertising you did not ask for.
Only the companies we need to run the park: Tommy Booking Support for bookings, Resend for our email, and Vercel and Neon for the website and storage. They may only use your data for our work. We never sell your data.
We keep booking records for seven years because the tax authorities require it. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted after two years. A guest account stays until you ask us to remove it.
You may always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. One email is enough. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority.
